• About Our Company We appreciate your interest in our company and thank you for the opportunity to submit our proposal for your painting project. We understand your home is possibly your most valuable investment and we want to assure you that we treat it accordingly. We have been in the painting business for over fifteen years, and have established a quality reputation in the Plano, North Dallas, Richardson, Frisco, Carrollton, Garland, McKinney, Fairview, and surrounding area. Family owned and operated, special attention is always given to detail and customer satisfaction. From the time the estimate is given to the time the work is completed, our trained personnel will provide all the help necessary to make the job run smoothly and with little inconvenience. With membership in the Better Business Bureau and the Chamber of Commerce, we are committed to providing the best quality and supreme service at the lowest price possible. Phillips Painting uses only the highest quality coatings. We also offer miscellaneous repairs as a part of our service. Being thorough is standard procedure. Upon completion, a final walk through is completed with the customer present. Any touch-ups are completed at this time to ensure your complete satisfaction. Painting work is backed by a THREE YEAR WARRANTY; please read our written warranty for full details. • 3 Year Warranty Phillips Painting strives to serve you, the customer, and provide you the finest workmanship. In order to assure you of superior quality, all paint services, with some exceptions*, completed by Phillips Painting are guaranteed not to peel or flake for a period of three years from the date of completion of the job. This warranty is limited to workmanship and only applies to the original customer. The paint itself is guaranteed by the paint manufacturer and not by Phillips Painting. Some issues of peeling may be due to influences other than workmanship and are not covered by this warranty. If a defect in workmanship appears and is reported to Phillips Painting in writing within the three year period, Phillips Painting will inspect the affected areas and make any necessary repairs to the paint. Wood, masonite, brick, metal, and all other substrates are not covered by this warranty. The sole remedy against Phillips Painting shall be for repairing the defective paint area and not any consequential damages to substrates or anything else. *Exceptions: The following items are not covered by this warranty: Exterior doors painted with oil enamel, All exterior thresholds, Garage Floors, and Exterior Sheetrock ceilings. Areas where paint is exposed to excessive water such as areas low to the ground or near automatic sprinklers are excluded from any warranty since standard exterior paints are not intended to be exposed to excessive water. The following items are covered by a 1 year warranty: Carpentry, Stained exterior doors, decks, fences, and other exterior stained surfaces, Window Lintels.
