Tear Down of old Carpentry and Fascia board
Repairing fascia and other wooden sections of your house are very important carpentry repairs we offer in and around the Dallas / Fort Worth area.
As we all know, wood does not last forever and when its on its way out, it lets everyone know. The tell tale signs of “carpentry gone wrong” stare you in the face until it crumbles and breaks apart, leaving your DFW home exposed to the mercy of the Texas elements.
With weather as unpredictable as it is, you need to make the repairs, because its better late than never. I have my two cents when it comes to what you need to replace your exterior carpentry with and that goes without saying that I do not want wood again.
I want a material that won’t rot, fade, and what will bring added value to my home.
This can be found in many forms, but a very common rotted board replacement is replacing old rotted wood with James Hardie Board and James Hardie siding.
These will not rot and if installed properly will be worry free and best of all maintenance free.
The James Hardie product is a time tested fiber cement board and will not rot and fall off of your home and preserve the curb appeal and lot luster that your home holds and will increase the resale value.
If you replace all exterior wood on your home with the fiber cement board (and it is installed properly) you won’t have to worry for quite some time and all other houses in the DFW will be envious.
